Privacy Policy
Last updated: 21 October 2026
We respect the privacy of visitors who use this workshop information site. This notice explains the limited processing relevant to the current site and what may happen if you choose to contact the workshop outside the website.
1. Who is responsible?
The site identifies Purelqa Vionessa Watch Mechanism Workshop Ltd. as the workshop operator at 255 Ave Saint-Sacrement, Québec City, Quebec G1N 3X8, Canada. For privacy questions, please use the contact details in Section 13. If the business identity or hosting arrangement changes, this notice should be revised to identify the actual organisation responsible for any processing.
2. Information collected directly through the site
The currently published website contains public articles, images and contact details. It does not offer user registration, payment, booking, interactive account areas or a functioning newsletter-subscription service. It does not intentionally collect entries into a site-hosted inquiry form. Merely visiting the static pages does not require you to supply a name, email address or telephone number.
3. Information from correspondence
If you independently write to info@purelqavionessa.com, call +1 (418) 692-3847, or correspond by another agreed channel, the workshop may receive your name, reply address, contact number, message text and any documents you voluntarily provide. Please avoid sending payment information, confidential credentials or sensitive personal information unless a secure channel and a genuine need have been confirmed. The website itself does not transmit an inquiry when you browse or select the displayed address.
4. Technical connection and hosting data
Even when frontend assets are hosted locally, a web server can necessarily process IP addresses, requested URLs, timestamps, user-agent information and error details to deliver pages, diagnose failures and protect against abuse. The scope and duration of any server-side access logs depend on the selected hosting provider and its configuration; they cannot be determined from the static files alone. This policy does not claim that an unknown hosting provider creates no logs.
5. Purposes of any processing
Technical connection data, to the extent processed by the host, is used to deliver the pages, maintain availability and security, investigate faults, and address misuse. Correspondence is handled to understand the inquiry, provide an appropriate reply, assess a potential workshop request, retain relevant records and comply with legal obligations. We do not use this published frontend to perform behavioural advertising or cross-site visitor profiling.
6. Legal grounds
For people in the European Economic Area or United Kingdom, applicable grounds under GDPR-style legislation may include legitimate interests in securely operating the website (Article 6(1)(f)), steps requested before an agreed service (Article 6(1)(b)), compliance with legal obligations (Article 6(1)(c)) and consent where it is genuinely required (Article 6(1)(a)). The precise basis depends on the processing in question. Québec and Canadian privacy laws, including relevant provisions of Québec’s private-sector privacy legislation and PIPEDA where applicable, may also apply.
7. Cookies and embedded services
The static frontend does not install an advertising pixel, social feed, external analytics library or cross-site tracking script. There are no intentional first-party analytics cookies or marketing cookies in the supplied frontend. Technical cookies could nevertheless be introduced by an actual hosting configuration; consult the Cookie Policy. If non-essential tracking is added in the future, appropriate notice and consent arrangements will be required before activation.
8. Sharing and processors
Technical data may be handled by a hosting or infrastructure provider once the site is deployed; the provider’s identity and location must be checked against the actual deployment. Correspondence may pass through the email or telecommunications providers chosen for communication. Information is not sold to advertisers through this frontend. Sharing may occur if necessary for a lawful request or a separately agreed workshop service, subject to applicable law and suitable safeguards.
9. International processing
Where a hosting, email or telecommunications provider operates in a different country, personal data may be processed outside the visitor’s jurisdiction. The operator should review transfers and use legally required protective arrangements, which may include contractual safeguards or adequacy mechanisms where applicable. The static website files alone do not demonstrate which countries a future hosting provider will use.
10. Retention
A web host may keep technical logs for a limited period according to the hosting arrangement, server-security needs and legal requirements. Inquiries and associated business records should be kept only as long as necessary for the purpose, any related service relationship and any applicable recordkeeping, dispute or limitation requirements. Exact retention schedules must be confirmed against the actual mail and hosting systems; we do not assert a specific period without that configuration.
11. Protection of information
Reasonable organisational and technical controls should protect any data processed in connection with the site or business correspondence, including access restrictions, updates, secure communication methods where available and restricted retention. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Avoid unnecessary sensitive data in messages.
12. Your privacy rights
Depending on the law that applies, you may request access to personal information, correction, erasure, restriction or objection to processing, portability where relevant, withdrawal of consent where relied upon, or information about disclosures and cross-border transfers. You may also have the right to complain to the Commission d’accès à l’information du Québec, the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada, or an applicable EEA/UK supervisory authority. Some rights are subject to lawful exceptions.
13. Requests and contact
Send privacy requests to the workshop using info@purelqavionessa.com or the postal address 255 Ave Saint-Sacrement, Québec City, Quebec G1N 3X8, Canada. Include enough detail to identify the correspondence involved; additional identity verification may be necessary before disclosing personal information. Workshop operator: Purelqa Vionessa Watch Mechanism Workshop Ltd.. Questions about a particular hosting provider may require information from the deployment administrator.
14. Children
The content concerns horology and workshop practices and is intended for general audiences. The site does not knowingly solicit data from children, provide accounts or intentionally target children with tracking. If personal information about a child has been submitted in correspondence improperly, please contact us to address it as required by law.
15. Updates to this policy
We may change this notice if functions, hosting providers, actual processing or legislation change. The updated version will display a revised date. We will introduce a suitable consent mechanism before using new non-essential cookies or comparable trackers that require consent.
